Wonderful... if it isn't a secret, can you tell me the technical details of these pictures? Camera, exposure, any specific post-processing, etc.? I absolutely adore all your pics!

My camera is a Canon EOS 350D dSLR
It was shot at Aperture Priority pre-set:-)
Just increased the contrasts in photoshop.
Does that help?
I am still in the process of getting to know my friendly Rebel which I got 2 years back. It gives me wonderful pics but many of them suffer from camera shake. I am too lazy to use Photoshop and so I do what I can using Picasa... but yeah, it's time to spend some quality time with the Rebel.
